Our exciting range of classic collarless shirts are all made in Nepal by a small community-based workforce. We have established a very close working relationship over a period of more than six years – we know that everyone gets paid a decent and regular wage, and everyone benefits from the security that fair trade brings. It means you can buy from us with confidence in both the quality and production methods.

We have always had the widest range of colours available, And we have recently extended the range of fabrics we use to include:

• Hemp/Cotton – the quality of hemp cloth has improved dramatically. What many people will remember as a coarse canvas-like fabric is now a soft and comfortable material. Hemp fabrics have the look and feel of linen without the care problems.
• Nettle/Cotton – this material is new to us, but the technique for producing fine cloth and sailcloth from stinging nettles has existed for centuries. The nettle fibre is a legitimate alternative to cotton, with the advantage that it grows “like a weed”, without the need for pesticides. Guaranteed not to sting!
• Bamboo/Cotton – bamboo clothing is an excellent organic choice and has many benefits and advantages over cotton. It is naturally antibacterial and hypoallergenic, it is quick to absorb moisture – and keeps you cool and dry. Check out our bamboo/cotton mix which creates a silk-like material, much softer than pure cotton.
